Storing and handling
The floor should be stored in a dry, clean ventilated warehouse with the temperature below 38° Celsius, in batches to avoid direct sunlight or rain.

In case of heat source in storage, the distance from the heat source shall not be less than 1m, and the stacking height shall not be more than 1m, and the stacking shall be orderly.

The floor should be handled with care and not thrown to avoid damaging the edges and corners. The products should be placed flat.

The unsealed floor should be returned to the original packing box in time.

Auxiliary materials
Self-leveling cement (optional).

Construction tools
Tape measure, art knife, rubber hammer, etc.

Construction method

I. Environmental requirements before construction:
The indoor temperature of the construction site should be 23° Celsius-25° Celsius. Construction is prohibited when the temperature is lower than 12° Celsius.. or higher than 36° C; the indoor relative air humidity is 50%-55%, and it can not be higher than 75%. In case of a special climate and the temperature needs to be increased, the best construction method can be adjusted according to the judgment of professionals on site.

The ground is dry (moisture content is less than 4.5%, which can be tested by professional instruments), flat and stable, and ensure that it is completely dust-free, and the ground strength is equal or greater than C20 (1.2MPa).

The ground is flat (within 2m+-2mm). If the ground fails to meet the flatness requirements, please use special self leveling cement for leveling.

There is no crack on the ground (if any, it must be filled and leveled, and the larger crack must be filled with steel sheet and repaired with resin).

There is no oil stain on the ground (the pain, grease and other oil stains on the ground must be removed or covered with aluminum foil tape, otherwise it will cause degumming and self leveling fracture).
Inspection and treatment of old floor:

If the original ground is file, marble, etc., please fill the groove of joint with lime or general cement.
If the original ground is wood floor or composite floor, its thickness shall be more than 1.2cm, and there shall be no bending, deformation or warping. If there is a nail head, it shall be nailed into the floor.
If the original ground is cement ground, there should be no sand, bump or fracture; if it is new cement ground, it must be completely dry before construction.

II. Construction preparation:
Before construction, the product should be unpacked and placed at the construction site together with auxiliary materials for 48 hours (pay attention to the same batch number in the same area), so as to prevent the warpage, deformation and other defects caused by the expansion and contraction after construction and the lifting of bundling (packaging).

Independent and complete construction space, no one is allowed to damage or pollute the completed ground under any circumstances.

Close the clean construction space and prohibit dust or other debris from polluting the ground. The construction personnel must clean the ground again before installing the floor.

III. Construction steps:
The first floor is usually installed from the upper left corner of the room and the two groove edges are exposed outwards. In order to make the edge of the floor close to the wall neat, it is necessary to cut off the suspended convex groove of the floor. A gap of 0.8-1cm should be reserved between the floor and the wall, and the partition should be made when it is more than 10 meters. The expansion gap should be reserved for the adjacent lock floor, and the door should be separated. (Figure A)

Insert the tenon of plate B into the groove of plate A obliquely and lay it flat after locking. (Figure B) 

After the assembly, the floor is flat and seamless.

If the floor is not flat or there is a gap, it is necessary to gently lift 10-30° to lock it.

After fastening, the floor will be flat automatically.

IV. Waterproof Vinyl Flooring Cleaning and Maintenance:

Water wax or floor wax can be used after completion (remember not to use alcohol such as alcohol or ether such as kerosene) to remove the stains left by the construction and to help sustain the new floor surface.

For regular cleaning, you can use a broom to remove dust and gravel, and/or wipe with a mop. If necessary, appropriate floor wax or water wax can be added for cleaning and maintenance, but do not use too much water for cleaning. Safety warning signs shall be placed in public areas.
The use of natural detergent, semi dry mop to clean the surface dirt, regular use of floor wax to maintain the floor surface, can effectively protect the floor and polish the floor. Do not walk or carry out other activities on it before the waxing is dry, so as to avoid damaging the effect of waxing.

Floor mats are placed at the entrance and exit to remove the gravel on the sole, which can reduce the damage to the floor.

Points of attention
In order to ensure the construction quality, special auxiliary materials must be used and the quality of auxiliary materials must be confirmed.

The conical contact surface may damage the floor. For example, furniture feet should be padded to protect the floor surface, which can keep the ground beautiful.

Before installation and laying, directional products shall be paved according to the arrow direction on the back of the product. The change of environmental temperature difference will have a corresponding impact on the physical properties of products. Before the floor installation, the floor should be placed in the construction site for more than 48 hours, so as to achieve the same temperature of the product and the environment. The product should be placed in order, overlapped and not vertical.

After leveling, the distance between plate B and plate C is about 2-3mm in parallel. (Figure C)

Lift plate A and plate B at the same time (about 45° from the ground). (Figure D)

Push plate B horizontally towards plate C until it locks. (Figure E)

Use the palm of your hand to press down the board A and board B. Don’t force the floor hard. (Figure F)
